Update to Adams’ COVID-19 Response
As part of my commitment to keeping you informed on Adams’ response to COVID-19, I wanted to update you on an additional step we’ve taken to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and communities.
As you know, Adams enacted a strict travel pause through April 30, 2020 and has cancelled all large meetings and events. Furthermore, we are announcing plans to transition employees who are capable of effectively supporting you and doing their jobs remotely to a temporary work-from home environment, with the goal of all capable employees working from home.
While the CDC is not advising that all employers move to remote work, we do, however believe it is incumbent upon us to be prepared should guidelines change. We are taking all necessary efforts to make this transition seamless to minimize impacts to you, our valued customers.
Please note: Our Golden and Quincy offices will continue to remain open during this time and our Quincy hours will go back to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All residential and business installations from March 23 – April 3 will be postponed. We are taking every precaution to safeguard the health of our employees and our customers.
Thank you for your continued support.
