**Payment of $50 sign-up fee is required to qualify your neighborhood for a fiber build and will be credited toward your first month's service. The sign-up fee is refundable if a build out does not occur in your neighborhood in 12 months. Sign-up fee is nonrefundable if neighborhood build occurs and service is not taken.
